Brilliant little hotel on a quiet, picturesque street but still right near King's Cross which was perfect for access within minutes to central London. Stayed here with my 14 year old and it was fab! We stayed in room 17, a spacious double room on the third floor. It was very clean with a comfy bed, soft towels and good tea and coffee making facilities (once our broken kettle had been replaced - immediately, on calling down and asking for help turning it on!). There was a large fan in the wardrobe too which we were grateful for on a warm night. It was also very handy to be able to store our luggage in the hotel before check in and after check out. My favourite feature of the hotel though was the lovely young man, Jake, on the front desk. He could not do enough for us and was very helpful with travel tips and advice to improve our stay. What a gem of a place. We would definitely stay here again and I have already recommended it to my sister-in-law! Thank you so much for a lovely stay

The location was exeptional. Only 2 minutes away from the King's cross train station. We easily did everything by walking. The area is beautiful and full of restaurants, pubs and Parks. The reception staff was wonderful and super helpful. We asked a few times for restaurant recommendations, and they always had good tips. They were also able to lend us an adapter since we forgot ours. The room had everything as stated in the booking. The kettle and little tray with coffee/tea/chocolate was a nice little convenience. TV was working, and you can have access to Netflix, YouTube, etc The room was super clean and always smelled good. Someone comes to clean it every day. If you are a light sleeper, make sure to take some earplugs with you since you can hear the trains from afar, and it could potentially be a problem for some. I had mine with me and slept like a baby. Definitely recommend the stay here

We were greeted by a very friendly gentleman and although we arrived 3hrs earlier than check in our room was actually ready which was a lovely bonus. Although I am sure that we would have been able to leave any bags if it wasn't as there was already a few in reception presumably left by other guests until check in time. The room was sufficient for our purposes. It was clean and functional. Had a little tray to make tea and coffee. There was a towel on the bed, hair dryer to use if required and a small TV on the wall. The bathroom was tiny but I never expect a huge bathroom in a London hotel. It was clean that was the main thing. The location couldn't have been better either. Just a minutes walk from Kings Cross tube station. There was plenty of shops, places to eat and bars in the area if you were planning on staying local. I will definitely note this hotel for future trips to London.

I liked the location of the hotel - very close to King's Cross tube station. The staff were friendly, communication was good before our stay. The price was reasonable for London. The room was clean and equipped with a fan. The bed was comfortably firm, extra pillows were available in the cupboard, if needed. The shower & toilet were clean, soap was provided and possibly shower gel (I didn't notice as I had my own). The shower worked well. The hotel allowed us to store our overnight bag in their lobby. This was a welcome additional and free service. Despite being close to the main road we were not disturbed by noise and we stayed a Saturday night.

We were travelling a bit here and there, and with underground and trains so ,it was super convenient. Very close to Kings Cross. I am disabled, with only so many steps in me, walking with a cane, but had no problems. The hotel was helpful with storing luggage, so we could travel light to Scotland before checking in again a few days later. We did not expect much at that price, but location and aailability chose for us, and we were not disappointed. A clean, pleasant and friendly place.
